  • Customers can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed promptly after the returned product is received and inspected.

3. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition without damage, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Safari Bottle.

  • Refunds are only applicable to items that are unused and in resalable condition.

4. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Processing may take 3–5 business days after the return is approved.

5. Exceptions:
